By creating an account or using PlantSwap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlantSwap. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
You agree not to: post false or misleading listings, use the platform for illegal transactions, harass or abuse other users, attempt to circumvent platform fees or security measures, scrape or automate access to the platform without written permission, or impersonate another person or organization.
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing plants. PlantSwap is a marketplace facilitator — we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. All sales are final unless the seller explicitly offers returns. The Plant Protection Program (PPP) is governed by its own terms available in the dashboard.
PlantSwap charges a platform fee on completed transactions. Subscription plans (Sprout, Bloom) are billed monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions). By uploading, you grant PlantSwap a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You may not copy or reproduce PlantSwap's design, code, or branding.
PlantSwap is provided "as is." We are not liable for: transaction disputes between users, plant condition or quality, lost or damaged shipments, indirect or consequential damages, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you've paid in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with notice. You may close your account anytime from Settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
